This three weeks Profound Immersion Yoga Retreat is the ideal program for those wishing to dedicate their time to establish themselves in a steady home-based practice, a healthy, nourishing and revitalizing yogic lifestyle.
You are most welcome to join this course on any day throughout the year.

You will be doing normal yoga and meditation practices for early seven days including some basic pranayama, breathing exercise. Which will help to develop the capacity to observe the self.
2nd week of the course:You will be doing little more intense yoga practices during this week to develop physical and mental stability including advanced pranayama. On the 5th day of this week, after breakfast in the morning, we will go to one of the nice villages in mid Nepal to live and integrate the yoga in rural life for two days.. This bus ride passes through the hilly winding road along with the Trishuli River having the great view of rivers, forest and terraced fields. Then come back to Kathmandu on the last day.
3rd week of the course:Coming back from the village you are dedicated to cleanse yourself internally in yogic way which is called ‘Shankhaprakshalana’. For this, you are doing detox yoga with fasting.
The fasting will go as below (With regular normal yoga & meditation practices)
→ For the first day of fasting you are eating 6 apples(2 for breakfast, 2 for lunch, 2 for dinner and enough herbal drinks.
→ For the second day, you are eating 3 apples (1 for breakfast, 1 for lunch, 1 for dinner and enough herbal drinks.
→ There is no apple for the third day of fasting, only enough herbal drinks. This is to support and prepare your body and mind.
→ Next day, you will join the flushing in the morning. For this, you are drinking Luke warm water and doing certain yoga postures in a dynamic way to expel the toxic matters from the systems. After completing the flushing, you will get yogic food Khichadi after 45 minutes. There will be complete rest for the whole day, you can have Khichadi whenever you feel hungry.
You can leave after breakfast on the next day.
