
This program is anticipated for those who want to travel deeper into their senses and enjoy the different outdoor activities in the middle of the jungle. It’s our true nature to be healthy, balanced and happy. During this retreat you learn how yoga, meditation and nature can help you rebalance your body and mind, helping to increase self-awareness and go on to live a vigorous and joyful life.
You will be practicing two times yoga and three times meditation classes based on Hatha yoga every day. Our teaching approach is to bring balanced life mixing the different strengthening and loosening physical exercise by creating more flexibility. The yoga classes are suitable for beginners and advanced students similarly.

You will learn several mediation techniques including Mantras, Vipassana, Nature & Walking meditation, yoga poses, breathing & relaxation techniques during this course. Most of yoga and meditation classes are held at an open studio or in the garden overlooking the blue waters of Lake Fewa.
By combining the yoga and meditation program with organic healthy food, you will enjoy a much profounder sense of connection and stillness between your body, mind and soul.
