
In this two hours of yoga class, you will learn to experience your breath in all its fullness. Learn how to feel your breath, how to find the connection between body, mind and breath. You will be taught basic yoga postures, pranayama, sun salutation, moon salutation & relaxation techniques.
We teach you to move your awareness away from the chaos of the mind and back to the present moment. Yogic breathing (pranayama) plays an important role in promoting detoxification too. Youwill explore different breathing techniques to clear the lungs and stimulate the organs of digestion.
Shree Yoga provides the chance to explore the basics in a safe, friendly and non-competitive environment with other students. Learn a variety of simple yoga postures, how to do them safely and effectively, and - importantly - why we do them in the first place.
No experience is necessary, classes are strictly non-competitive.
Note: If you want to join the morning yoga class, you have to be at retreat before 7 am AND.. 4 pm, if you want to join the evening yoga class.Yoga class in the Morning (7:30 to 10AM) Includes
