An arrangement of energizing and restorative yoga, meditation, pranayama and wonderful detoxing foods provided by shree yoga retreat leaves you feeling more energized, increased mental clarity, improved skin and muscle tone, brighter eyes, glowing skin, supple joints, increased flexibility and a sense of emotional balance, grounding and peace.
The morning class will incorporate pranayama and meditation, which is a great support for the detoxification process; cleansing the lungs of excess stale air and meditation to help still the mind, which will become easier as the detoxification process starts to work and toxins are released
A Hatha yoga class will follow in the evening. This class will focus on certain yoga postures that will enhance the detoxification process, such as twists and side bends, plus more restorative yoga postures to ease you into the evening.
During the fast, you can drink diluted juices, herbal teas, and vegetable broths. This course also combines abdominal massage, breathing exercises to loosen the diaphragm area, plenty of support, nurturing/relaxation, and enjoyment.
For the first day: 3 apples for breakfast, 3 for lunch and 3 for dinner & enough amount of honey lemon water.
For the second day : 1 apple for breakfast, 1 for lunch and 1 for dinner & enough amount of honey lemon water.
For the third day : No apples but enough honey lemon water & juice. And you are also maintaining silence throughout the day.
