Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu
We will welcome you in the airport and transfer to the center, discuss the program, proceed for the government paperwork, overnight stay in the centre.
Day 02 : Transfer to Pokhara (910m)
Drive to Pokhara in the morning in availalbe standard micro bus or tourist bus (4-5 hours). This bus ride passes through the hilly winding road along with the Trishuli River having the great view of rivers, forest and terraced fields, overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 03 : Pokhara - Tikhedhunga (1525m) 3-4hrsTotal walking distance - 12 km
You will drive to Naya pool (a small market place where you can buy anything from grocery to trekking gears to medicines and tiger balms) from Pokhara and then trek to Tikhedhunga. You will wakeup in the morning then have tea & breakfast. After breakfast we will take a private car drive to Nayapul (50KM) which may take around 90 minutes from where we will start our trek towards Tikhedhunga. This very first day is relatuvely easy than upcoming trekking days. You will hike through green pastures, gurgling water streams and charming villages & few towns to reach Tikhedhunga. You will have nice lunch on the way. Evening yoga, relaxation & overnight in Tikhedhunga.
Day 04 : Trek to Banthanti (2130m) from Tikhedhunga 4-5hrs
Today may be the most difficuilt trek day in the whole trek. You are going to climb around 3900 stone stairs mostly uphill. After tea, yoga and Breakfast in the morning; we will start our Trek towards Banthanti. On the way, we cross a stream on a suspension bridge. Trek to a Magar Village which is called Ulleri. Above the village where the trail climbs gently through the cultivated fields, rhododendron and oak forests then stop at Nangethanti for lunch and short rest. After lunch we will continue hiking towards Banthanti through the beautiful forest. Evening yoga, relaxation & overnight in Banthanti.
Day 05 : Trek to Ghorepani (2850m) from Banthanti 4-5hrs
Wake up in the morning, you will get a tea and then join for the yoga class. You will be served breakfast then we start our hiking towards Ghorepani, exploring the local culture, landscapes & mountains. Evening yoga, relaxation, dinner and overnight in Ghorepani.
Day 06 : Trek to Poon hill (3210m) & to Tadapani (2630m) from Ghorepani 6-7hrs
Wake up early in the morning then an hour hike to Poon Hill. Where you can enjoy Panoramic Mountain Views & beautiful Sunrise View from the eyes of your mind. Then we Trek down to Ghorepani and have Breakfast then start our Trek to Tadapani, meaning far water supply in this village from long distance. The trail climbs along ridges and through pine and rhododendron forests to Deurali. Then descend to reach Banthanti and reach Tadapani, do yoga in the evening. Overnight in the tourist lodge.
Day 07 : Trek to Ghandruk (2500m) from Tadapani 4-5hrs
Wake up in the morning and practice yoga. After yoga we have breakfast. Then our trek continues towards Ghandruk. After walking around 4 hours we reach Ghandruk, Gurung village which is the most interesting tribal Gurung village in Nepal, which provides Gorkha soldiers. It has excellent close-up views of Annapurna South and Fishtail Himalayas. After lunch, explore & rest in Ghandruk. Evening yoga, relaxation, dinner & overnight in Ghandruk village.
Day 08 : Trek to Landruk (1700m) from Ghandruk 4-5hrs
Today after yoga class & breakfast, you are going to enjoy spectacular & panoramic views of the valley & farming terraces fields. You will also be offered with incredible nature views that you wouldn’t have imagined before.
You will start hiking towards Landruk with a long & steep ascent all the way down to the river along with shops & tea houses for 2 hours. Later, you will have lunch & short break in Kyuni. After lunch & break, you are again going to hike a long and steep ascent with lots of fun. Eventually you will reach in Landruk. Evening yoga, relaxation & overnight in Landruk.
Day 09 : Trek to Low camp(3000m) from Landruk 4-5hrs
In the morning, first you will have tea then join breakfast, after a nice breakfast the hiking towards Low camp will start. You will have to bring enough drinking water with you as there may not be water available for 2 hours till you reach Forest camp. This hiking up to Forest camp will be long and ascent, you will have a short break & lunch here.
From Forest camp we start ascend hiking, the vegetation starts to change with more rhododendron and the trees are covered with moss. The trail gradually climbs up through dense rhododendron & woodlands. Around 2 hours of romantic climb from Forest camp through rhododendron forest will take us to Low camp. Evening yoga, relaxation & overnight in Low camp.
Day 10 : Trek to High camp (3590m) from Low camp 4-5 hoursTotal walking distance - 7 km
You will wake up in the morning then join the yoga class till the breakfast is ready. After tea & breakfast, you will start hiking towards High camp, which has got couple of guest houses in the forest.
You will start the trek through rhododendron forest to reach to Middle camp then to Badal Danda (cloud hill) which offers stunning view of Mardi Himal, Annapurna South, Hiuchuli, Fishtail & Gangapurna. The view from Badal daanda is wonderful, its just amazing. You will have a short break & lunch in one of the tea houses. You will walk closely with the clear blue sky with view of layers of Himalayan foothills and wide valley towards south. Keeping up with the trek, we’ll make an ascent beyond steep ridges and you will find yourself above the clouds and closer to snow capped peaks at the end of the day. Evening yoga, relaxation & overnight in the lodge in High camp.
Day 11 : Trek to Base camp (4500m) & back to Low camp 5-6 hoursTotal walking distance - 16 km
Wake up early in the morning for sunrise view & gentle stretching yoga. After breakfast, we will hike towads Mardi Himal base camp (MHBC). You will start hiking on well-established trail through the grass with a couple of steeper sections. The trail becomes more vertiginous at some points with uneven and steep rocky steps. After 3 hours of hike, we should reach at MHBC. You will spend some time gazing stunning views of Annapurna, Hiunchuli, Fishtail & more. Later we will trek back to High camp for lunch then after retrace back Low camp. Evening yoga, relaxation & overnight in the lodge in Low camp.
Day 12 : Trek to Sidhing village (1800m) 3-4 hours & Drive back to PokharaTotal walking distance - 8 km
Wake up in the morning with nice cup of tea and join the yoga class. After breakfast, we will start hiking down towards Sidhing village. Sidhing is a traditional Nepalese village away from the busier modern tourist treks. We will trek down the woods and appear out on the region touched by modern civilization. Later, we will cross suspension bidge over a river & reach at Siding. You can have short break & lunch here. Then we will drive back to Pokhara which may take around 90 minutes. Overnight in Pokhara.Next morning, You may leave for your next destination or plan another course with us.
