- How to come to the yoga retreat?
Please provide your flight details, we will pick you up from the airport. If you are already in Nepal, let us know your location.
- When can I come to your retreat?
Shree yoga is always open. You can visit us any time in Pokhara or in Kathmandu.
- Do I have to bring yoga mats?
No, we provide yoga mats and other yoga related stuff throughout program.
- What types of room you have?
You will get private room. We have standard rooms with bathroom inside and or outside.
- Do I get private room?
Yes, but you should inform us earlier.
- Do I have to pay in advance for the yoga courses?
You can pay 40 % of total cost in advance through online payment.
You will pay rest of the amount on your arrival.
- Do you provide discounts?
We provide discounts to the group (3 or more than 3 people) & former yoga students.
- Do you arrange flight tickets?
We arrange all domestic and international flight tickets as well as bus tickets at cheaper rate.
- What do I need to bring if I want to attend yoga course?
We request you to bring Clothes comfortable for yoga, warm clothes in winter and light in summer.
- What type of food do you serve?
We serve organic local vegetarian foods.
- Can you tell the meaning of Nepali song ‘resham firiri…resham firiri’?
Well, the song- Resham firiri…, the one of the very popular traditional Nepali songs which every trekker might have sung before leaving Nepal.
One stanza of this song is given bellow:
Ek naale banduk, dui naale banduk, mrigalai takekoMrigalai maile takeko hoina, mayalai dakeko.
The meaning is given below: One barrel gun, two-barrel gun, aiming at a deer. I’m not aiming at no deer, I’m aiming at you, oh my dear. - Can I come to join yoga courses after trek?
You can come and attend any yoga, meditation courses either before OR after the trek.
