
While many visitors easily fall in love with Nepal and Nepalese, there’s more to benefit from the ancient practices known to a few. This program will enable one to experience the being-alive-feeling while exploring the natural and cultural beauty of Nepal.
The First three days of this program will be the introduction to the principle of Yoga. We teach different pranayama, breathing exercises, meditation techniques, purification techniques, different asanas, relaxation techniques and so on.
Morning yoga class includes stretching, pranayama, sequential movements and some static postures. While the evening yoga class may include sequential movements and some static yoga poses little more intense than morning and relaxation.
After 2 days of yoga and meditation practice at the centre, we then take you to the most amazing places in Nepal and let you merge in the beauty of the lifestyle of the Nepalese.
Let us inform you, you will be doing yoga and meditation practices during the tour in available time and space.

Daily Routine at the Studio
6am wakeup, 6:30 meditation, 7:15 tea 7:30 jal neti(nasal cleansing), 8:00 yoga class, 10:00 breakfast, 12:00 guided meditation, 1:00 lunch & rest, 3:30 hiking + tea, 4:30 yoga, 7:00 dinner, 7:45 trataka (candle gazing meditation), 8:00 retire.

Day 3 - Chisapani :
Chisapani is the region from where you can have a close view of a long range of Eastern Himalayas from Langtang to Gaurishankar Ranges. After breakfast, we will drive towards Chisapani by local jeep (this may take around 02-3 hours).
If you are interested in walking, we can also hike to Chisapani which will be 4 hours of uphill walking and 1 hour of downhill walking. Walking through a few settlements and deep forests with a variety of birds and chances of meeting wild animals, we arrive at Chisapani (meaning cold water). It is Sherpa's village offering great views of mountains. Relieve yourself in the evening with yoga practice in front of the setting sun. Overnight stay in Chisapani in a private standard room.
Day 4 - Nagarkot :
After sunrise yoga and breakfast in Chisapani, we will head towards Nagarkot (5 hrs walking). The whole trail passes through dense forest, making you forget the tiredness and making your hiking joyful. We stop by Chauki Bhanjyang to have lunch and rest. Then we continue our hike to Nagarkot passing through terraced fields, which also offers unmatched scenery of innumerable peaks along a large section of the Himalayas.
Nagarkot is known for a sunrise view of the Himalayas which include 8 Himalayan ranges of Nepal out of 13, they are: Mount Everest, Annapurna range, Manaslu range, Ganesh himal range, Langtang range, Jugal range, Rolwaling range, Mahalangur range (Everest range) and Numbur range. Nagarkot also offers a panoramic view of Kathmandu city.

Day 5 Bhaktapur :
After sunrise yoga and breakfast, we will take a drive towards Bhaktapur for sight-seeing.
Bhaktapur is known as the 'Living Heritage', 'City of Devotees', the 'City of Culture', and 'Nepal's Cultural Gem'. It is one of the 3 royal cities in the Kathmandu Valley. Bhaktapur is filled with monuments, most terra-cotta with carved wood columns, palaces and temples with elaborate carvings, gilded roofs, open courtyards.
The city is dotted with pagodas and religious shrines and is filled with Hindu and Buddhist religious sites and art. You can absorb the traditions and culture of the Newars in Bhaktapur.

Day 6 - Pokhara :
After breakfast, we will drive to Kathmandu and then take a micro bus to Pokhara. After reaching Pokhara, we will settle in a popular hotel, do some gentle yoga practices, dinner & retire in the hotel.
Pokhara is one of the most 'visit places' in Nepal. It's a city on Lake Phewa, in central Nepal which is known as a gateway to the Annapurna Circuit, a most popular trail in the Himalayas. And... Lakeside in Pokhara is the perfect place to recharge your batteries.
Day 7 - Sunrise yoga in Sarangkot :
Early in the morning, we take a private car to go to Sarangkot for sunrise yoga. You will practice yoga by having the rising Sun on your right hand and Fishtail Himalayas ranges in front of your eyes. The yoga practice will help to release the tiredness from the body that might have occured during the tour.
After yoga class, we will have breakfast then drive back to Pokhara.
After lunch, we will drive to Shanti Stupa,Buddhist pagoda-style monument on Anadu Hill. This shrine was built as a symbol of peace, situated at the height of 1100 meters. After spending some time at this first World Peace Pagoda in Nepal, we will hike downhill for 1 hour and take a boat to cross Lake Fewa. We will do the evening yoga session in the hotel, have dinner and sleep.
Day 8 - Back to Kathmandu :
Wake up in the morning, have a tea and yoga class then breakfast. After breakfast, we drive back to Kathmandu. You will have lunch on the way in one of the hotels. Relax in Kathmandu, do evening yoga, dinner, candle light meditation then sleep.
Day 9 - Departure :
Today is your last day with us. Wakeup in the morning, have tea. You will join the morning yoga class then have breakfast. After breakfast, you can leave us Or plan another course with us.
