3 Days Yoga and meditation retreat will help you gain a command of Yoga poses and inversions while incorporating a new path of growth on your Yoga journey. This short yoga course will be helpful for you to learn & apply the principles of Yoga into your daily life as well as to improve your yoga practices.
Our purpose is to guide our students toward health, fitness, well-being, self-awareness and transformation. We strive to make yoga accessible for everyone, we encourage you to “come as you are”.
This program, designed for all ages and all fitness levels, emphasizes achievable and appropriate yoga poses that help ease the many issues such as joint pain, migraines, anxiety, stress, general flexibility, and menopause.

You can join us whatever your ability is. Our yoga teachers are highly experienced and able to teach from beginner to advanced levels.
All classes cover pranayama, asanas, relaxation, dynamic & static movement and meditation to help increase oxygen flow, balance, and clarity and to promote a healthy body & peaceful mind.
Morning yoga sessions include more dynamic yoga practice, pranayama (breathing exercise), sequential movement, micro exercise, relaxation and asana (static pose).
While evening yoga classes include dynamic movement, sequential practice, lots of stretches, relaxation and asana practice.
To support your practice, we provide local organic foods for breakfast, lunch & dinner, safe drinking water & herbal teas.
Everyday, you will be offered 240 minutes of yoga and 200 minutes of meditation practices PLUS other yogic activities during your stay with us.
